1. Is your company a factory or a trading company?
A: Yilonzip is a zipper manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and sales for more than 12 years.

2. How is your production ability?
A: We have 5 production lines, for bulk orders within 1000meters, the lead time is within 7days, 1000meter to 5000meters, lead time about 12days. For urgent orders, we can try our best to cooperate with your required time.

3. What is the MOQ of your zipper?
A: Our MOQ is 10 pieces. We are always offering our customers great support for their different needs.

4. Can I ask for a sample before placing an order?
A: Of course, we are happy to provide samples for you. Samples are available after our discussion on your project.

5. What is your lead time?
A: The sample order will be ready for shipment within 3 days. Bulk orders will be ready for shipment in about one week to four weeks depending on quantity.

6. Do you have stocks?
A: For some models, For the custom zippers, we only make them based on our customer requirement.

7. What information do I need to provide to get a quotation?
A: You kindly need to provide the product application, zipper size/Length, and quantity.
